    ...Is no longer viable. I think its absence may be causing issues with the importing of the demo content.

    In short,  I'm unable to import the demo data. Can you help?

    I don't think it will affect demo data import. If you can provide wp admin access in a private comment we can import and setup free of charge. This will give you a snapshot of our live demo you can start customizing from.
