Problem is it will not scroll with touch on any of the portfolio pages on my iPad (showcase carousel, showcase grid, showcase slider, gallery etc) only the buttons work to scroll. It works fine on my iPhone and iMac. I have a 6th generation iPad. I thought it might be an issue on my side, but same problem arises from the live preview demo on Themeforest so it is not tied to my site by the actual theme functionality. running iPad iOS 16.6.1 (using safari or brave browser produces same issue) Thanks so much for taking a look at this strange issue and helping to resolve it!! =)
I tried updating to iPad iOS 16.7.2 in hopes that this might resolve the scrolling issue, but it still does not function (Serano theme) . The showcase gallery is non functional as a homepage on iPad since it has no buttons and the user can't scroll. Again it works fine on my iPhone and iMac, just iPad is issue for some reason. (6th gen). Any ideas to fix would be helpful! Thanks so much!
Hello, Are you encountering this issue solely within the Showcase Gallery, or is it prevalent across every portfolio template? Also, what is the resolution of your iPad?
I would also like to enable comments for my portfolio pages (Serano theme), can you please let me know how to do this? I can implement the custom php code in the theme files if necessary, please provide instructions. -- saw your reply on my other ticket for this item -- so thank you very much!!

Is there any custom css I can implement to help fix this. Navigation is basically dead and page will not currently work on iPad (on showcase-gallery there are no buttons) so only thing you can do is click the first 2 items.

we have to disappoint you here but the dragging / swiping does not work on Safari Ipad (although it works on Chrome and FF). We need to investigate and provide a fix but we are not sure if it will be in the very near future. Needless to say if this is a must for you we are ready to give you a refund.
