    Dear ClaPat Studio,

    I must express my profound disappointment and exasperation with the regrettable situation I find myself in. Approximately twenty days ago, I made the unfortunate decision to procure a theme from your esteemed organization. To my dismay, this acquisition has yielded nothing but frustration and inconvenience due to its abysmal performance and functionality.

    In a desperate bid to rectify this situation, I have diligently sought resolution through your customer support channels, only to be met with an unnerving and deafening silence. It is disheartening to observe that my pleas for assistance have fallen on seemingly indifferent ears.

    I took the liberty to escalate this issue to both ClaPat and Envato, each of whom has conveniently passed the responsibility for my predicament to the other. ClaPat insists I seek recourse from Envato, while Envato alleges a complete lack of responsiveness on the part of ClaPat. This unending cycle of neglect and indifference has left me in a state of sheer incredulity.

    In my many years as a discerning consumer, I must unequivocally state that this lamentable experience with your theme provider services stands as the most egregious I have ever endured. The complete lack of accountability and customer-centricity is nothing short of astonishing.

    I implore you, in the strongest terms, to expedite the resolution of my refund request without further delay. The protracted nature of this ordeal has reached intolerable levels, and I insist on a prompt and satisfactory response to salvage the integrity of your brand and rectify this egregious lapse in customer service.

    I expect nothing less than an immediate and substantive response to this grievance, as the continuation of this dire situation is an affront to my sensibilities as a paying customer.

    Dear Clapat Studio Team,

    I appreciate your prompt response and your explanation of the current status of my refund request. I understand that the request has been escalated to Envato and is currently marked as 'Closed' with the note 'The buyer has raised a dispute.'

    However, in my communication with Envato, they have indicated that they require a confirmation from your end stating your readiness to approve the refund. The dispute aside, Envato seems to need this direct confirmation from you to proceed with the refund.

    I kindly request your assistance in this matter. If you could provide a response confirming your willingness to initiate the refund, it would greatly facilitate the resolution process. I have attached a screenshot of the email I received from Envato as further clarification of their requirement.

    Your prompt confirmation and approval for the refund would be greatly appreciated and would help expedite the resolution of this issue. I understand that you have limitations in approving or denying the refund directly, but your willingness to refund is what Envato seems to require to move forward.
