As you personally realized the CSS classes that belong to the pinned section do not work in Elementor containers. They work in Gutenberg though.
So what you actually need to do to make the pinned section work in Elementor is to add the left or right pinned section element but this requires you add HTML code to the scrolling and pinned columns as you can see in the left panel settings of the element.
Thanks for your kind reply. He will try to learn more about using Gutenberg. Do you have anything about this in the documentation? ù.As for the error in the console, I have solved it. I had to add an element of privacy.

Hello Alberto,
if you are visiting our live demo site try to do it without the Envato frame otherwise when you paste the link it will always go to the home page.
So we do have the pinned section what will pin the left or right column while the other scrolls
for example our services in the about page
http://clapat-themes.com/wordpress/manifesto/about-2/
And I see that you added a similar one to your page.
But I see an error in the page in the browser console:
https://prnt.sc/LPA0wIBl0uUS
it may be the reason the pinned section does not work properly. Can you send us updated wp admin access in a private comment?
Thank you.

Hello Alberto,
Let me give some further hints:
So to make it work in Elementor in need to go to page source and get the html code from there/ In the case of your About page the left column with heading 'Cosa Facciamo' becomes
<h3 class="elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default"><em class="has-mask-fill">Cosa</em><br><span class="has-mask-fill">Facciamo</span></h3>
As you can see in the browser -> View Source
https://prnt.sc/ju0ijBrlcLf3
the right column is the accordion output HTML code
then you add these HTML content to left (or right) pinned sections - there are two : pinned and scrollable
In gutenberg is a bit easier
because you can add two columns
https://prnt.sc/XKjfjHkcfEtm
the column to the left has 'pinned-element left' as additional class names
the column to the right has 'scrolling-element right'
Hopefully this helps
Thank you.
