I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you due to an extremely frustrating situation I have encountered while attempting to purchase a template on your platform.
Some time ago, I purchased the template on Envato and received an email indicating that I could download it from there. However, every time I try to download the template, my Envato account is immediately locked. I have tried to resolve this issue on my own, but I have not been successful.
Yesterday, I decided to attempt acquiring the same template on three different accounts, thinking that the issue might be with my primary account. However, upon clicking the 'Pay' button on any of the three accounts, all of them were instantly locked. This situation led me to realize that the problem does not lie with my personal account as a user.
Desperate to find a solution, I even tried creating three additional accounts, but these too were locked after attempting to make a purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to keep creating new accounts, as one of them informed me that it would remain locked for life.
My need to use this template is urgent, as I have a project that must be ready by the upcoming Monday, 10/25. Furthermore, thus far, only my first account has been temporarily unlocked, but after attempting to download the template again, it became locked once more. Additionally, I have not received a response to my support tickets.
I earnestly implore you to address this issue immediately and provide me with a solution. My ability to fulfill my professional commitments is severely hampered by this situation. I eagerly await a prompt and effective response.

we understand your frustration on this one and we are sorry that you are going through what may be a glitch in Envato system. Once bought the theme (any theme) you normally have access to the latest version by downloading it at any time.
However there is little we can do regarding your account being locked. As your screenshot says you should contact the Envato support team immediately.
