Is it like github code or what?

I want to know the process of code implementation, like using hosting server, using ftp like that

Can you give me manual to activate your package? 

I want to sure about this code is activated in other server, and if there are some regulation of skill stack, such as Ubuntu 20.04 like that, I want to know before I buy.
