If you can provide wp admin access in a private comment we can import demo data free of charge. This will give you a snapshot of our live demo you can start customizing from. Also, plz specify the editor of your choice Elementor or Gutenberg as we have demo data for both.
what we recommend is actually a clean WordPress install. The free version of Elementor is available in admin -> Plugins (the WordPress repository). We must install it together (or before to be more precise) the demo content. So must be the theme.
Of course the demo data can be installed on top of the existing content, if you want although a fresh WP install is proposed.
I am just waiting on Elementor's password being recovered and I will get back to you guys once I have a fresh wordpress installed into our hosting service and elementor activated so it is ready for the theme's demo.

for that you need to enable Google Maps API key in customizer -> map settings.
You need to create a new one if you don't have it already
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/embed/get-api-key
Make sure you enable JavaScript API and Geocoding API in your key's settings
When you are done, paste it in customizer in the place I mentioned
