First of all you have not installed the Harington Elementor Widgets that is required to run Harington with Elementor.

Second if you go and edit Landing Page you will see the Hero Caption there in page options (you need to scroll down a bit and when you edit the page you need press 'Edit' button not 'Edit With Elementor')
