The 'Share This Project On' field, you entered just a dash which in turn the share project library will not recognize and will throw and error that breaks javascript execution.

if you don't want any projects I hid the share section with

#share {
   display: none;
}

in customizer -> additional CSS

Hard refresh your page (Ctrl+F5) before testing
