I have a problem on mobile device. When I open a page and when I choose to use the preloader, I have a white page since the last word. This preloader work fine on desktop device.
Problem is solved if you disable WPRocket, but I'm not sure which of its settings is causing the problem (lazy load, cache mobile, etc) so I suggest disabling them one by one until you find the one that's causing the white screen on mobile. Let us know

And since you have done tests my homepage on mobile has no more video in the hero section. so of course it goes faster to display and therefore there is no time to see the intro with the word

Do you want to enable the video laso on mobile? It is not generally recommended because of different network speeds and different mobile data plans.
on the other hand I don't get the white screen any more on mobile - tested quite a few times on my Android device
