So you can actually change the data-img attribute to change the image.Thank you. when you go an edit the page try editing the block as HTML:
https://prnt.sc/jNG6APvvsPv_
then you will see a span with class has-hover-image and data-img as attribute, these are the two elements for text hover effect. So you can actually change the data-img attribute to change the image.
