i bought the elementor pro to use the scrolling effects on for example images, that they spin or blurr or whatever. but it seems that there is a problem with those effects and your theme. i tested it in Hello theme where it works but not with the humpton theme. please have a look at the submitted URL thats a quick testpage i set up with some scrolling effects. hope you can help
Have you tried disabling smooth scrolling in customizer -> general settings? Smooth scroll library hijacks the scroll events and it may cause this side effects. Let us know
Also, do you have problems with the animations when you load the page directly in the browser (so no ajax page transitions)?
