not sure what you mean. You can filter the portfolio items you want to include in a portfolio layout using the portfolio category filter. Same for blog posts (the standard blog categories)
As I mentioned if you are using blog templates and you are working with blog posts you can use the standard blog categories. you can assign categories to blog posts and the use the category page URL to filter them
The portfolio categories can be created under admin -> portfolio -> categories and can be assigned to each portfolio item. You can specify a category filter then in portfolio page templates.
I don't think I'm explaining myself well. Both the News and the Blog take the contents of the posts. In the entries I have assigned their respective categories to each one. In the case of the Courses, which is where I have the problem, I have assigned the Blog template; but in the Wordpress editing mode, I can't filter the Categories, and the page in question appears as if I were generating it with the Portfolio template. When I try to edit it with Elementor, I have nowhere to filter the categories either. Attached are screenshots of the different processes I'm following.
So although you can assign a category filter to the portfolio page templates, for blog page templates like Cursos is not necessary, the blog category filter has its own page:
Hello again,
How can I filter the posts in post-page.php using Elementor?
Thanks!

Hi, good morning
I'm using a Portfolio page but using a Blog Template.
It's possible? Then do I have any way to filter categories?
I send you an screenshot.
Thanks!
Hello Bernardo
As I mentioned if you are using blog templates and you are working with blog posts you can use the standard blog categories. you can assign categories to blog posts and the use the category page URL to filter them
for example:
http://clapat-themes.com/wordpress/humpton/category/travel/
The portfolio categories can be created under admin -> portfolio -> categories and can be assigned to each portfolio item. You can specify a category filter then in portfolio page templates.
Thank you.

Hi Bernardo
So although you can assign a category filter to the portfolio page templates, for blog page templates like Cursos is not necessary, the blog category filter has its own page:
https://www.kookindonosti.com/en/category/promoter
for example this is the category page for 'promoter' blog category, so a category URL would do.
Thank you.

Hi Clapat,
It doesn't solve the problem I was having.
I have decided to create the Promoter entries as pages. I think this is the best solution.
Thank you,
