How can i add a video background to the hero section instead of an image?

The video hero section option is only available in portfolio settings, not in page settings. I can only use hero image on regular pages.

is there a way to have a selfhosted video instead of image as hero section?

Cant find any option for it in the page edits.

This goes for the landing page, not portfolio page.
