The Landing page does not show portfolios in the page. Another pages are showing them. What we need to do in this case, how we can call slider portfolio in the landing page? Also in console we are seeing those errors (in image attached) only in landing page.
Regarding your first question to modify the slider's captions (or top hero section) - these are the hero title & subtitle of each portfolio item and they can be changed in portfolio item's options.
Your second question: it's the Portfolio Grid widget in Elementor under Ernest category:

the home page template (the landing page) has to have 'Portfolio Showcase Extended' to display the showcase slider
