Do you intend to add a portfolio section in your one pager? That will sort out the problem with images in your slider.
Regarding the menu items symmetry this can be fixed by setting the right menu margins in each of the portfolio item options. If you still encounter difficulties with it you can send us wp admin access to give it a try.

the menu is not working fine because its not in symmetry and the text is behind the logo.
The Pictures in the (Full Screen Overlay) Slider are not shown.
