Please help identify the best practice to translate my hervin based website as i want to have an Arabic version in addition with the original English.
I took a look at the documentation in the rar file but i didn't get the main point to be honest. kindly explain further the steps for all of this and I would like to know if an external preferred plugin from your side will do the trick.

regarding the multilingual translation: our theme is providing a wpml-config.xml so the first choice is WPML.
For a free solution we recommend Polylang (which understands also wpml config xml file) plus Loco Translate
We have not tested the theme with an RTL language but hopefully will work fine with Arabic
