I have posted multiple times, I am on a very narrow time crunch for a presentation due very soon, I have not received an adequate response that resolved my issue, kindly provide me with a resolution. The theme crops images on cellphone and is not functioning as it should. It has a lot of issues with regards to cellphone functionality and customization. It does not let me upload images separately for cellphone view or allow me to have a different slider for cellphone view either. I would really appreciate it if your team could please provide a resolution option where I am able to integrate the theme for mobile view so as to permanently fix the issue all over the website and not just for the homepage so that I do not have to seek further help regarding the remainder portions of the website and their mobile integration. I also have to upload videos which may cause issues if not adjusted for mobile video sizes. It is my absolute humble request that this be resolved in a permanent and urgent matter as I have a business presentation due soon. I would greatly appreciate a swift response. Thank you !
I bought the theme because it states that it is mobile responsive, If images are cutting such that images are only either going to be optimized for EITHER the cellphone OR desktop but not both then how does that fix the issue ?
The resolution offered via using wp_is_mobile() WordPress function will not fix the problem since the rest of the website will still crop images. I own a photography and videography business, having a website where images are cropped is going to be detrimental to my well being
PLEASE PROVIDE A PROPER RESOLUTION WHEREBY EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONAL!

You must understand the cropping process is how browser displays fullscreen images in different viewports - portrait and landscape.
