In the description for this Canela theme it states supporting video backgrounds. I've yet to discover how this works. Please provide instructions. Thanks.
You can add full width self hosted videos in the page or portfolio page content however the wegl slider does not support video slides therefore hero sections don't.
You can ask a refund request for Canela, not a problem or you can try Rayden or Antro and we can do a swap - whatever you prefer:

Summing up:
1. Canela does not support videos in the 'hero' section (does it support video autoplay in portfolio pages?)
2. Rayden: in the home "Liquify Slider" the video autoplay does not work (even in desktop mode)

The liquify Slider is a WebGL based slider. Since the images are displayed on a WebGL canvas videos are not included in this specific page template
