We just bought the Rayden Theme and we face two issues :
1 - We were forced to install an old version of Wordpress (5.8.1) because the latest versions break the site. Do you plan to update the theme soon ?
2 - We would like to integrate a "Before/After Slider" plugin but none of them work with the theme. Example, with one one them (https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/beaf-before-and-after-gallery/), we need to systematically refresh the page to view the slider and solve the problem. We've tried many plugins but always face issues.
1. Our demo runs on latest WordPress (5.9.1) therefore we really don't know what the problem was on your site - can you give us more details?
2. There are third party plugins that are not compatible with our ajax page transitions
Ajax page transitions will load the target page content container within the original page. Since the target page is not loaded normally the <head> and <body> elements will stay the same.
Since a lot of plugins are using javascript initialisation in the head (or the footer) of the page they don't get called in the target page.
you can disable ajax navigation in customizer -> general settings
