in the page options you need to set u the 'Next Page' navigation to got to the next page.

In the content for some reason you will two invalid blocks content those are just spacer blocks

Regarding map: I can see you pasted the address and the google maps API key in customizer -> map settings

but there are two messages in the browse console:

Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API.  For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started

So these messages are self explanatory - you have to enable Geocoding API in your google maps API settings and billing (as far as I know you will not be actually billed unless you exceed a certain traffic quota)

Regarding languages: we ship our theme with a wpml config file however i know that polylang is a free plugin that also understands wpml files. We don't advertise the theme as multilingual (that's why we don't have a tutorial) but we facilitate multilingual sites.

Regarding the preloader: our preloader displays only text however if you want to modify it you can go to header.php and modify lines 24-27 to include your logo (the prelaoder-intro div to be more precise)
