Hi! Awesome theme, thank you!

I didn't know I could upload a demo to work from, so I've been working on it from scratch. I'm very new at this and don't understand coding much. I would like to add sections for "Our Team" and "Services" like in your "Initial Demo" (maybe others as well). Would I have to start all over and lose what I've done? Could you please advise specifically as to how and where I can do this?
