Hello Clapat!    I have been working a little bit in one of your templates, and everything is working fine, besides one major thing, the Open here button that becomes  "click and hold" doesn't lead me anywhere when I press on it, it just starts to load but nothing happens.. do you know the issue? Also, I am struggling to change the video loop to my own video but no luck there either.. 

Yes, I understand, but when I copy in the code when I want to submit a ticket it only says that 

• "Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product."

and now I have bought the wordpress version just to contact Clapat, but then I get the same message.
