I saw this issue on here with someone else as well, but didn't see the solution. Just purchased and installed your theme. I am having a problem when activating the main menu, but when I check the 'the locations main menu' and click 'save menu' it un-checks the box. Also I have added a logo in the main menu bar and changed the text in the footer and none of it is updating the live site? Please can you send some advice on these problems.

I believe I uploaded the theme properly via ftp.

Figured it out. Searched deep in the forum and found that the "new wave" folder needed to be the only one in the "themes" folder.

That worked.
