We would like to ask for some help with a small problem with our template we are having.
After we succesfully instaled and activate the template we want to load the demo content and it will say error. And we end up stuck with this. We have tried to do it several times but no luck at all. Please see the screen shot attached. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Looking at your screenshot, looks like the problem here is the ImageMagick library that comes in WordPress installation.
When you import the demo file, you have the option to import also the media files. So you could try avoiding importing the demo images - just pages , portfolio items and blog posts.
The other error messages are related with the fact that you don't have Woocommerce installed, so it fails to import the woo products and categories.
Sorry. Support is completely useless. According to your advice, success cannot be achieved. Of course, I know how to download and import attachmet ... But the only file I have available is an .xml file, and after loading and installing it, an error occurs. I can't select only some parts when it's a single file. I paid $ 50 for nothing. It would be fair if you offered to install the demo. that would be the solution. While you give me advice that is completely useless.
This is forum Clapat support, we offer free theme and demo data installation. Who did you pay the money to? That's more than the price for the theme.
As I mentioned - from your screenshots you have a problem with image magicck library which is part of Wordpress as well as the wordpress importer. To skip the magicck library you can chose to skip importing demo media files which you need to replace anyway. I'm not sure if this is clear enough.
Are you at least able to provide wp admin access in a private comment?
I was concerned that you paid someone else to do the installation - however everything looks alright.
I installed the demo however because of the limitation of imagemagick on your host some demo media files could not be imported. Everything else is fine. You can look at he pages and portfolio pages structure.

When importing a demo, I can only upload one xml. file. I can't choose what I want and what I don't want to install.

So before actually importing the data, as second step , you have the option 'Download and Import attachments'
