    I lodged a support ticket three days ago? How long will it take for you to respond?

    Hello,

    Usually the response time is up to 48 hours (and we try our best to cover weekends as well) however I escalated your ticket to our web designer since I felt he can provide a better solution. I am pushing for this to be solved by Monday.
