I cannot upload the zip file for the template kit, while I get those messages:

Unable to upload "themeforest-TI4Ci2Gv-grenada-creative-ajax-portfolio-showcase-slider-template" because it is a folder or a package (like an application bundle or RTFD document). Please attach a Zip file containing the folder or package instead.
Please help me out. I already tried next steps on this page but it does not work:

I did buy theme + template kit, but it is not working well... Please help me out while I paid for services which should work properly!
the HTML template is not a WordPress theme, so it does not work with WordPress.
If on the other hand you buy the WordPress theme send us wp admin access in a private comment or ticket so we can install demo data (if you want) and make sure everything is configured properly.

Did you buy the WordPress version
