this is actually an intended design effect (the title's inset) if you want to remove it just specify

#showcase-slider-holder .move-caption.stroked, #showcase-carousel-holder .move-caption.stroked {
    clip-path: none;
}

in customizer -> additional CSS, assuming this is about the showcase slider
