Your complaint about our support has been noted, but let me point a couple of aspects you should be aware of:
A. Support is offered only for bugs and really small modifications(like a few lines of css or js)
B. You submitted (or participated to ) 14 tickets all of which has been responded to
C. The support team is not development team. Their competency is primarily support, not software development. Every change request that requires development is escalated to the developer and if it's custom work usually implemented for a fee agreed between developer and customer.

how can change background of error page option to same like home options type "Full screen moving background"
You can try modifying 404.php file and replace the background div with div id="collage" and specify the background image as well.

home section -> moving background, does not necessarily mean you need to set the home section to moving background just need to set its speed

how can I set speed , cuz the speed in home page slow and in 404.php faster !! need to set the defualt or same like home page
also when page scroll down the opacity is white while in home page black how to fix it in 404.php
