When publishing a note on facebook (copy and paste link in a publication) the section photo is not shown, instead it shows the image used for the favicon.
I'm not sure how and what Facebook picks from the page if there is no Facebook open graph meta tags in the header. There are a few plugins out there helping you insert these meta headers thus giving you control over what it's being shared.
