I am new to Wordpress and this is my first theme. Please forgive me if these are beginner questions, but I looked everywhere to find the solutions. I have spent two days trying to resolve these issues.
Home Page -
1. The images are focused on a point of the image incorrectly or they are cut off incorrectly. Can I change the focus point of the image? Example - Ocean Waves title...The picture is off centered and looks like it is framed wrong, but the real shot/picture is shot correctly using rule of thirds. The image needs to be moved down to reveal the rest of her face.
2. My logo on the top left corner barely gets bigger with any changes to image size/pixels in photoshop...bigger or smaller. Is there anyway to enlarge the logo? I have tried cropping it in the settings and I have tried different pixel sizes in photoshop. There has been little differences.
Portfolio -
1. The title "Digital Experiences" and subtitle " Selected Works" I can't find anywhere to change this text. I actually can't find anywhere to edit this page entirely.
2. The images are not centered properly...how do I change the focus point of the picture? Example - "The Rituals" and " "Headshots" they are not focused on the face of the model.
Portraits -
The first Slider gallery messes up and the pictures get chopped off. It does this even in the demo version on Envato Market. How can this get fixed?
General -
The menu can change color from black to white as seen in the "about us" page when the background changes to white the menu color and logo changes....how can I do this for any other parts of the site? Example - On the home page, when scoling to Ocean Waves title, the background of the picture is white and now visitors can't see the menu or logo...how can I change the menu to turn to black for this photo and remain black for the rest of the photos?

This is a matter if displaying a cover image while preserving the original aspect ratio and whle filling the available viewport. this article visually explains it better:

You can increase the size of the logo with custom CSS. You can increase the height (50px) since it will try to cover the available width
