It looks like you have not imported the required plugins, as the second step in your theme installation. Plz send us wp admin access so we can have a look.

Please can you give refund. Your theme does not work. I installed the plugins. We need to build the site. I will buy theme from other developer.
We cannot have broken slow site. We need to et the business up and running.

2. Second, you don't have to go through a lawyer (you can, but in our opinion is a waste of time and money) you just need to ask for a refund here
