I've tried all my devices, iphone, and 2 ipads and my client iPhone, it seems they all see the same thing, just the phone numbers are black. Is there an overall appearance setting somewhere in the theme that is allowing the discrepancy with some mobile devices?
Hi there, I'm not seeing a change in the actual numbers of the phone numbers, they are still black. Did you happen set it to the icon instead of the numbers?

Looks like the IOS detects the phone numbers try adding in customizer -> additional CSS
