I need wp admin access in a private comment so I can have a look as well in the backend, do you want to have demo data installed as well? So you can have a snapshot of our live demo to start customizing from.

Actually the best and recommended way is to start with demo data (we can install it free of charge) that will give a snapshot of our demo site and you can examine the options and the page content. Let us know.
