    Hello:

    actually I need to change most of color theme color.should I have to write css for each section for example I need to change color for (page title ,Page Subtitle,services header)

    any suggestion where to start ?!

    Yes, just inspect the element in Chrome and Firefox, and add background color and other styles in theme options Styling Options -> Custom CSS
