There is a class in Bauman 'has-parallax' you can apply to the image in Gutenberg or WPBakery that automatically will add the parallax effect to the image element.

You can add parallax effect only on images. You can create a 3 columns and insert images inside columns and add class 'has-parallax' to images you want to have parallax effect for.
