Hi, I have to load each site and can not use the ajax-loading because of a plugin (Events) which wont be loading with ajax-load... so the page-speed is very slow...

Try opening /js/scripts.js and on line 62 you will find this line
time = ((EstimatedTime/10)%550) * 10
change the bolded value (10) to something smaller. Don't forget to hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5) before testing
