For some reason the latest version of chrome does not handle the width:auto properly. You can explicitly set the width in your Custom CSS:
#logo{
width: ___px;
}
and making sure you preserve the aspect ratio of the logo
OR
upgrade the theme to its latest version - we provided a fix for it
