I must say a very nice theme, but there are some animations that are not working as per the theme.

1. For example, if you see once the website is loaded, if you click on the "view project" the bubble animation is not showing up, also the loader animation plays in between. Where the entire screen goes to black rather than showing the bubble animation.

2. Sometimes when the site loads, there's a lot of flicker happen, on mobile and web both.

3. On mobile screen the animations stutter a lot, goes real fast on some areas and some areas slow.

4. On mobile When I click on the "menu" there is no animation, while in the official theme there is a nice animations that loads up the menu. Which I really want.

Please help me find a solution for this.

Is the support sleeping? I have been waiting for a response since 2 days, please anyone provide me a support otherwise please refund the money back.

Hello, I have tried uninstalled the CHAT plugin and tested by flushing the cache and with hard refresh, still the problem has not been resolved. Kindly help on me on priority.

Hello, you just mentioned that might be an issue with the CHAT Plugin, I have removed it, but still the animations were not working properly, I have just installed the demo theme and customized the text and images that's it, I have not changed any sort of code in any manner.

I have purchased the theme just for the smooth animations which I am facing issue with, kindly provide me the necessary support needed.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I replied and still I have not received any response from you. Surely this is not the kind of support that I have been expecting, please improve your support system and provide with the right solution immediately.

There are a lot of black screens, animations are not loading properly.

The images that I used are in low size compared to your theme, still it takes forever to load, primary issue for me is the animations are loading as per the theme and help me to fix it.

Otherwise, kindly provide me with the refund and I look other alternatives.
