- make sure you have flushed any cache plugin you may have installed
- disable ajax page transitions (at least temporarily) and check if wpbakery elements are working properly. WPBakery is not ajax friendly - therefore some elements may not work properly when ajax is enabled.
- we provide a child theme (I attach it here for your convenience) that will provide compatibility between basic WPBakery elements (rows, columns etc ) and ajax page transitions. However, be aware that the child theme has a different set of theme and page options.
