I want to show just one video on my homepage which automatically plays when someone enters the site.
I have created a 'Portfolio' which hosts the video full width, but I am unable to remove the 'Scroll Down' section - when I change this in the CMS it doesn't work.
the difficulty here setting the portfolio item as home page (so a custom post type instead of a normal page). I'm not sure how you can do this. I mean there are several methods involving coding however I'm not sure what's the best way.
You can have a video slide as first slide in a fullscreen slider.
To disable scrolldown just leave the scrolldown caption empty.

Okay, that's not very helpful unfortunately. Can you please let me know how I can start to process a refund for this theme?
As I mentioned in the ticket below when I leave the scrolldown caption empty it doesn't remove this from the page.

Ask for a refund to envato if you are within 14 days since you bought the theme.
You must uninstall the theme from your domain.
