In the theme Munio. The demo text and content for the about and contents page is not loading properly. The developer who has installed the theme has said that the xml data for these pages is missing. Can you please email over please.
I don't think the demo data is incomplete but if you provide a clean WordPress install and admin access in a private comment we can install the demo data for you.

All good now (About Us & Contact pages) we restored the content and upgraded the Gutenberg plugin to the latest version.
You need to create a google maps api key for your map to work and paste it in customizer -> map options
