I want to make the text block vertically centered with respect to the image. when i open the link directly from the browser it works fine but when i enter from the portfolio of the home page the text block is not centered vertically. how can I solve it?
try using the Aruba WpBakery child theme we provide in the main archive (however I am attaching it here for your convenience), be careful it will have a different set of theme options.
Or disable ajax loading in customizer -> general settings
