I purchased three months ago the Tetriz Wordpress Theme on themeforest.net
I installed the theme on my wordpress site and everything went fine until I wanted to edit the default portfolio items. I only found code text (see the image attached) and I don't know if it's a problem from my side or if everyone sees the same thing.
Then I tried to add an item by myself using Elementor (and WP Bakery Builder after Elementor failed to work with the theme) but I could not get the same results.
If someone could help me figure out how to edit the default portoflio items in order to put my own text and images, it would be really helpful :)

the content you have sent the screenshot for is build with WPBakery and you need to enable that for portfolio pages.
look for it in plugin's settings the name of the custom post type is 'tetriz_portfolio'
if you cannot find it plz send us wp admin access in a private comment.
