Hi, I purchased your Hervin theme. It's really beautiful. But I encountered a problem when trying to import the demo content.
To be more specific, I already installed the themes and plug ins successfully. But when it comes to importing demo content, the import.xml file keeps loading and loading and after a while a blank page appeared, the image is attached below.
Additionally, I finished installing the theme on Local host, but unfortunately, not online.
All of the images are attached to show you the problem.
I have reinstalled wordpress but the error still happen before. I give you the ID and password, then you can login my website (sync-production.com/wp-admin) to help me solve the problem I'm having:
yes your wordpress importer kept failing not sure why because it did not report any errors.
So I gave up importing media files and I imported everything else except the images. Now you have the same structure as our demo except that you need to replace the images.

It's hard for us to tell what the problem is since we don't have access to wp admin.
If you can upload the theme somewhere online and we will try importing the demo data for you.
