Let me clarify some things here before we proceed:
The Wp Bakery Page Builder (formerly known as Visual Composer) is not shipped with the theme. We can install a shared license on your site. This is why we are able to offer it for free. However, you don't have access to automatic updates.
You will either have to buy a full license or contact us to update it. We periodically release theme updates which contain the latest version of the plugin as well.
The content is built using Gutenberg editor and not WPBakery. We recommend using Gutenberg if you plan enabling AJAX page transitions.
For WPBakery users we also provide a child theme that provides basic compatibility between AJAX transitions and WPBakery elements,so we recommend installing that as well.
We've already approved the refund but we don't have the control over when you will actually receive the money. You can buy Grenada but then since AJAX is a feature there as well you will have the same situation:

WP Bakery wasnt included along with the theme and also when importing the demo contents the website doesn't look as it should.

Not a problem, the refund request got to us and we approved it. How quick the money are deposited to your account depends entirely on Envato.
