    To whoever this may concern,

    I have ticket open since last weekend and no one has answered yet.

    I purchased this theme because it had good feedback and good support. But I don't see anyone replying to my tickets.

    I don't mean to be rude, but I find that this is not right.

    I support and love the theme and would really appreciate a response.

    Hi Ash,

    I will have respond to you tickets tmrw.

    I want to say that support does not mean we build websites from scratch: we provide documentation and demo data for this.

    Also whatever qualifies as custom work does not fall under our jurisdiction to put it this way.

    Finally, we do not provide training for CSS, Html, js or Wordpress.

    Our time is really limited.

    I completly understand what you mean, and I will wait for your answers tomorrow. But just to let you know, that most of the questions I asked are based on stuff that cannot be found in theme option, I usually don't have issues like this.
