I’ve had 2 professional WordPress teams look at this issue and was told to contact you. When I go to portfolio section and under artist I try to add a picture carousel of their work. The images upload. The carousel frame is there but no images.
Where can i find the shortcodes for the links you listed below? I prefer the SONYA slider.. 2nd one down the mid sized one with page dots on the bottom.. I think the Dummy content pages got deleted after the install and i dont know how to find the shortcode

Im also having problems with elementor when i just create a page instead of editing a portfolio option with no background slider or anything?? How is this a conflict with the theme when its included in the theme? Can i please just get one of your support people to install a simple carousel for me so i can copy and paste and edit it.. Ive tried and tried and tried and i need to get this page finished and paid. I understand it might cost me but im willing to pay for some help!

And im not sure what you mean that you cannot continue? Are you saying that the theme wont work correctly? What do I need to do to get this thing up and going? I dont care to start from scratch with the theme and reinstall and just edit the content. But the problem is that ive already paid someone to install it for me and don't really want to pay more money to reinstall the theme from scratch because of some errors that nobody can figure out!!

You can go to theme options -> portfolio options to change the custom slug 'grenada_portfolio'. Just enter your own and after saving the changes go to Settings -> Permalinks and press 'Save' to refresh them.
In order to completely remove it you may want to use a plugin:

I want it to look like that with them being same size thumbnails but using your pop up image element like at the bottom of the page. And also how do I keep it the same for mobile view? It looks totally different on mobile.
correct. I would like for them to look like the top row of images but work like using the bottom row of images like the pop up element that came with the theme. I don’t like the little white box when you click on the gallery images. I like the one on the bottom that came with the theme. Also when you look at it on pc it looks perfect but when in mobile view it makes it more like a long list of images.

Josh, the problem here is there is a conflict between the Elementor swiper slider and home fulscreen swiper slider.
And so a mix of CSS styles and possibly js libraries.
We recommend using a different slider or, even better, using some of the shortcodes/blocks the theme provides:
normal slider

Send us wp admin access in a private comment and the name of a test page so we can add the sliders.
Elementor it's not included in the theme.

Sure, you go to theme options -> header options and upload your own logo versions for dark and light backgrounds

So what is the problem you encountered if you use columns like the pop up images at the bottom (instead of gallery)? They don't have the same size?

you can change the value of 300px for the height
you can change the height also on responsive
for example
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

height: 300px;
}
}
plz keep in mind that if you force a certain dimensions the images will be cropped as explained in this article
My fullscreen parallax image is not responsive and does not scale well
