I’ve had 2 professional WordPress teams look at this issue and was told to contact you. When I go to portfolio section and under artist I try to add a picture carousel of their work. The images upload. The carousel frame is there but no images. 

Where can i find the shortcodes for the links you listed below? I prefer the SONYA slider.. 2nd one down the mid sized one with page dots on the bottom.. I think the Dummy content pages got deleted after the install and i dont know how to find the shortcode

I've tried using the WPbakery slider and its messed up as well. It makes the image HUGE and very blurry.. Im also having problems with elementor when i just create a page instead of editing a portfolio option with no background slider or anything?? How is this a conflict with the theme when its included in the theme? Can i please just get one of your support people to install a simple carousel for me so i can copy and paste and edit it.. Ive tried and tried and tried and i need to get this page finished and paid. I understand it might cost me but im willing to pay for some help!

Well it looks just like when i did it!! Attached is a screenshot of how stretched and blurry it is.

And im not sure what you mean that you cannot continue? Are you saying that the theme wont work correctly? What do I need to do to get this thing up and going? I dont care to start from scratch with the theme and reinstall and just edit the content. But the problem is that ive already paid someone to install it for me and don't really want to pay more money to reinstall the theme from scratch because of some errors that nobody can figure out!!

Also it looks totally different from Mobile device than from my computer!!

can you just delete them whole thing and start from scratch installing the theme with content so I can just edit if? I don’t know what else to do and don’t really understand the short answers I’m getting.  

Yah thats the problems im having with the site and 2 other people as well.. Nobody can figure out what it is.. So my question is would it be easier to just delete the whole wordpress and theme and start over from scratch ? If so can you do that for me? And how much?  I really like the theme and they are in love with it and just need to get this up and working!!

Ok same login information and its a fresh install of wordpress.. I didnt install any plugins or anything.. I prefer WPBakery for the editor!

Thank you and everything has been going smoothly until i tried to pull the website up on my phone! On my PC everything is fine and can view it all with no problems.. Also could you explain real quick how to add the logo for the site? 

I see in the wordpress top menu bar COMING SOON ACTIVE.. But when i click it to activate it gives me an error on the next page...

But when I pull it up on my phone I get this image..

hey I have 1 more question before I get this finished up. When I go to a page it has my domain then /Grenada_portfolio/the biker or baseball or whatever I edited. How do I change that to just blacks.com/contact or .com/artist 

ok I thought that was the last question. 1 more I promise. Go to the artist page on a computer and see how under Jon Goad I have the image gallery. I want it to look like that with them being same size thumbnails but using your pop up image element like at the bottom of the page. And also how do I keep it the same for mobile view? It looks totally different on mobile. 

correct. I would like for them to look like the top row of images but work like using the bottom row of images like the pop up element that came with the theme. I don’t like the little white box when you click on the gallery images. I like the one on the bottom that came with the theme. Also when you look at it on pc it looks perfect but when in mobile view it makes it more like a long list of images.
