Our version of the theme is having issues with the "Insert Satellite Shortcode" button. When we push on it we only get a blank screen - see attached screenshot.
If nothing works at least provide FTP access so I can do file modifications.
Last but not least, try disabling all of the installed plugins (except Classic Editor and Satelite Functionality Plugin) to see if one of them is breaking the shortcode editor.
Hello again, since I don't have FTP access, I disabled all of the installed plugins (except Classic Editor and Satelite Functionality Plugin) and the shortcodes still don't work.
Would updating the Satelite theme and Satelite Functionality Plugin fix this issue? Currently at theme version 1.1 and plugin version 2.0
I was able to get FTP access now and enabled the appearance > editor. Please let me know if you are able to now find the theme editor to do some debugging, like you mentioned. The login credentials are posted in a private reply below.

Appreciate your help!
Hello Anthony,
Can you send us wp admin access in a private comment to check what is wrong?
Thank you.

Thanks. Hmm...is there anything I can do on this end to help test?
Anthony, you need to enable the Appearance -> Editor in wp admin
check also if your wp-config.php file doesn't have define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);.

I have spoken with GoDaddy and our hosted site doesn't have FTP...is there another way for you to do modifications to help with this situation?

What are the current versions of these?
Ok, is it possible to enable the theme editor then (Appearance -> Editor) in the admin backend?
Thank you.
